- Fractional Chief People Officer/HR Executive services to a limited number of clients at a time or

Challenge #1: Rising attrition, declining employee engagement, and/or burnout

- Organizational Listening & Action: establishment or re-examination of a regular processfor employees to express their concerns and for leaders to action on needs in a data-driven way
- Employee Experience Design: implementing employee onboarding or recognition programs, or support for any other critical moments that occur in the employee experience

Challenge #2: Keeping everyone aligned and working on the highest impact priorities, lack of clarity or swirl around decision-making

- Operating Model & Process Improvement: process mapping, definition and design of organizations/teams/roles, modifications in the ways of working (eg adopting agile-lite methodology in all areas of your business to drive alignment, clarity, and goaling), enablement of new technology for scale
- Project & Change Management: management of initiatives against budgets and deadlines, stakeholder engagement, communications and training
Challenge #3: Making People decisions without the right data and context
Solutions might include:
- Metrics Identification: identification of the most critical metrics used to measure people and organizational health (eg engagement, attrition, labor spend) and the data feeding those metrics (eg terminations/departures, headcount, total compensation) and clarity on the "single source of truth" for that data
- Technology Implementation: implementation of one or more systems to capture and analyze People data in an efficient manner
